What do you associate with the word 'diet'? Most likely answers are being told what you can and can't eat, or feeling hungry and deprived - hardly a positive mind set for success! No wonder so many of our dieting attempts end in failure!

You might be surprised that Nutracheck doesn't give you a 'diet sheet' to follow. This is because we want to change the way you think about losing weight.

A 'diet' has the sense of being a temporary regime that is going to end at some point.   2. You can't blow your 'diet' if you don't follow it to the letter - because there is no diet sheet!

Instead, Nutracheck gives you a personal online food diary to help you track what you eat. We set you a target for calorie intake and exercise to create the necessary deficit for weight loss. You then simply enter what you eat into your online food diary and stay within your targets. It's a great way to understand how the food you eat contributes to your energy requirements. In fact a good place to start is to just keep a record of what you are eating now - before trying to alter anything. That way you will see how much change you need to make to stay within your targets.

We ask you to start with small steps - not an overnight change in your diet. You will learn to eat more healthily over time - and because you are in charge of how you do this, it will become part of your life in a way you can sustain. In summary, this is not a 'diet' as you know it, rather a lifestyle change that will ensure you not only lose the weight, but keep it off for good this time.
